Design Leader, Product Designer & Systems Architect based near Düsseldorf, Germany. With 20+ years of experience, Micha works across digital products, design systems, and visual concepts, bringing structure, usability, and collaboration to create work that is clear, scalable, and thoughtfully made.

He leads and mentors designers across visual and experience design, sets standards, and helps translate complex stakeholder requirements into product infrastructure teams can actually use. The parts of the job he cares about most: the workflows connecting Figma, documentation, and code, and the governance that keeps a system alive after launch.
