Experience

Across brands, platforms, and teams

Over the years, Micha has contributed to websites, apps, campaigns, platforms, and design systems for brands such as Hugo Boss, Credit Suisse, Omega, BMW, DHL, and Carlsberg. His work spans both brand-led experiences and enterprise-scale environments, always guided by clarity, craft, and usability.

A central part of his work is building systems that help design and technology work more closely together. This includes foundations, components, documentation, governance, and the workflows that enable teams to create with greater consistency and less friction.

For Micha, systems are not only about scale. They are about alignment.

Approach

How it comes together

Alongside systems work, Micha brings a strong product design perspective to every project. He considers how people move through experiences, how interfaces communicate, and how design decisions can support both user needs and business goals. The aim is to create work that feels clear, useful, and well considered from the first idea to the final interaction.

His approach is shaped by systems thinking, product design, and close collaboration across disciplines. He values structure, open exchange, and practical momentum, bringing people together around shared intent and turning complexity into something clearer, more usable, and ready to evolve.

Beyond

Making beyond the screen

Outside digital work, Micha explores ideas through woodworking, visual experiments, and independent maker projects. This hands-on practice keeps his work connected to materials, craft, and the physical act of making, while continuing to shape how he thinks about form, detail, and process.
