My work sits at the intersection of digital product design, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration — turning complexity into structures that poeple can understand, use, and evolve. With a background in design and leadership, I work across product experience, system architecture, governance, and team alignment. The goal is not only to design better interfaces, but to create the foundations that help better products happen.

See Uncertenty as Momentum — Plans shift, ideas bend, needs evolve, and technologies move on. Every turn carries the potential for refinement, every disruption a chance to begin again. What matters is not guarding the first concept, but staying open, curious, and responsive as the world reshapes around it.

Trust the process of Doing— Trust the process of doing. Ideas reveal their truth only when shaped, tested, and touched. Each prototype teaches more than a plan ever could. Making is thinking in motion – a dialogue between intent and outcome. What matters is not perfection, but the courage to explore, fail, and evolve until something real begins to speak for itself.

Honor Depth over Speed — Not everything needs to scale – some things need to resonate. True progress isn’t measured in deliverables, but in the clarity, craft, and care behind them. What matters is not how much we make, but how well we make it – the kind of work that lasts, not just the work that ships.

Choose Clarity over Clutter — Ideas gain strength when stripped to their essence, when every detail serves a purpose. Complexity will always tempt, yet simplicity is what endures. What matters is not how much is added, but how little is needed to make meaning clear, effortless, and true.

Based near Düsseldorf, Micha creates digital products and design systems that connect people through design and technology.

Currently working with an outstanding team in Dubai to build a design system for Diriyah, the historic birthplace of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh.
